There are phases when things that once felt clear become more complicated. Decisions carry more weight. Expectations increase. Conversations become harder. Or something simply no longer fits the way it used to. In those moments it helps to slow down and look more carefully at what is happening — within yourself and in the systems you are part of. Coaching offers a place for that kind of reflection. My work is based on a systemic perspective. Instead of looking only at individuals, we look at the interaction between people, roles and structures. Understanding these patterns often creates movement where things once felt stuck. Sometimes small shifts make a big difference.
